- ABP Publishing is on the 5th of the month in September, November, February, and May.
- Cutoff for The ABP will be the 27th of the prior month. August 27th, October 27th, January 27th 2010, April 27th 2010.
- Newsletter submission should be sent via electronic mail (Email) to CST Jean Westcott, gwestcot@aol.com. If you are unable to do so, contact CST Jean and she will work with you to get your Newsletter Item published. Email gwestcot@aol.com or call (831) 624-5783. Fax (831) 626-4034 .
- The ‘Subject’ line must contain ‘Newsletter Item’. This allows me to identify your email as a VIP.
- In the body of the email please identify:
- Yourself and your club with contact information.
- If the item is time sensitive. How many times the item should run.
- Pictures should be attached to the email not in the body of the email.
- If you have any additional information or pictures or other animation please make sure to provide appropriate credit for publication.
- Please remember that some word processing documents attach a file extension such as .docx or .xlsx or .wmp. Files should be sent in .doc or .xls or .zip formats.
